The Guardian Games Blog organised a project to build a text adventure using the Wiki model where anybody could contribute however they liked. The ultimate goal was to build a simple puzzle based game about a guy trying to fix his broken spaceship.
I got involved in the project initially supplying a handful of puzzles, but towards the end of the design phase I spent a lot of time trying to harmonise all the different and conflicting puzzle ideas people had so that we had the design for one workable game. I also spent a bit of time fleshing out descriptions in rooms, adding some character and personality.
I can't take a huge amount of credit for this project as it was a community effort and some people put in epic amounts of work to get this finished while I had to bow out during the coding phase. However I put enough work into this to feel like it belonged on my portfolio page non the less.
